Who We Are

Established in 2020, Welkin Modular, Inc. provides a complete housing solution through its patented modular housing design. The founding members have over 40 years of experience in construction, welding, manufacturing, and heavy equipment and is joined by a collaborative team of designers and engineers. With full capabilities for GMAW (Mig), GTAW (Tig), and SMAW (Stick) welding and a full service steel fabrication shop, Welkin Modular’s manufacturing facilities provide a truly start to finish product that is designed and made in-house through its 170,000 sqft of facilities strategically located in Baja and Southern California.
