We established Welkin Modular, Inc. due to the inefficiencies of the housing market and construction industry. Coming from a background of full service manufacturing with welding and construction experience, we had the right mix of experience and tools to handle this problem. Our steel frame modular houses and ADU’s will last you decades and provide you with peace of mind.

We have over 30 years of job experience in designing, engineering, manufacturing, and construction through our network of architects, engineers, and contractors. We manage the project for you, help you through the design decisions, and provide a straightforward selection of finishes, fixtures, and appliances so you don’t have to spend countless of hours in showrooms selecting them.
